Gestión eficiente del agua: Se filtra antes y después de su uso, garantizando su retorno limpio al mar.
Aprovechamiento de residuos:

• Producción de biofertilizantes con el agua rica en nitratos producto de los residuos orgánicos de los peces
• Transformación de residuos: de proceso y fileteado en harina de pescado para industrias anexas.
• Energía renovable: Implementaremos un sistema híbrido eólico y solar, con soporte de red para garantizar seguridad, redundancia y continuidad operativa.

Etapas delproceso

Cría en agua dulce: Los salmones inician su crecimiento en tanques controlados.

Transición a agua de mar: Al alcanzar el tamaño ideal, los smolts se trasladan a piletas en tierra firme con agua de mar.

Crecimiento y monitoreo: Durante 12 meses, los peces se desarrollan bajo control permanente.

Ciclo de agua controlado: Bombeo desde la costa, tratamiento del agua de mar al ingreso al sistema y tratamiento posterior para un retorno seguro al mar.

Cosecha y procesamiento: Producción de salmón de calidad premium con los más altos estándares

Monitoreo inteligente:

Sensores conectados a un sistema SCADA para control en tiempo real mediante Monitoreo Remoto en todas las etapas del proceso de cría. Control de oxigenación, pH y temperatura del agua, y demas parametros importantes para la salud de los peces. Seguimiento de la biomasa con mecánica de fluidos computarizada (CDF). Control en tiempo real de la cantidad de CO2 en el agua

Our Objective:

Process Stages

Freshwater Rearing: The salmon begin their growth in controlled tank

Transition to Seawater: Once they reach the ideal size, the smolts are transferred to land-based pools with seawater.

Growth and Monitoring: For 12 months, the fish are monitored continuously as they grow.

Controlled Water Cycle: Water is pumped from the coast, treated before entry to the system, and treated again before being safely returned to the sea.

Harvesting and Processing: Production of premium quality salmon following the highest quality standards.

REMOTE MONITORING:

Sensors connected to a SCADA system allow real-time control through remote monitoring at all stages of the farming process. Oxygenation, pH, and water temperature are constantly monitored, along with other key parameters for fish health. Biomass tracking is performed using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Real-time CO2 level monitoring ensures optimal conditions.

How Do We Achieve This?

Efficient water management: Water is filtered before and after use, ensuring its clean return to the sea.

• Production of biofertilizers using nitrate-rich water from fish organic waste
• Conversion of processing and filleting waste into fishmeal for other industrial sectors. Renewable energy: We will implement a hybrid wind and solar system, with grid backup to ensure safety, redundancy, and operational continuity.

The recommended area for salmon farming in Argentina extends from Tierra del Fuego to Camarones in Chubut. We chose southern Chubut for its supporting industrial infrastructure, proximity to a port, and an international airport.
